He is proficient in leading engineering teams and has a strong background in Java, Springboot, Kafka, Microservices, Docker and Kubernetes, Akka Actors, SDN product development, NMS, Network Engineering, EMS Management, and Network Management Applications. Rajath is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Byju's, where he is responsible for leading and managing engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products. Prior to this, he worked as an Engineering Manager at Onedirect - CX Management Firm, where he was responsible for managing the development of software products.
